What is in it?
Our flexible kinesiology tape is infused with menthol and borneol. Menthol comes from the peppermint plant, and has a cooling and anesthetic effect. It slowly releases over time to create a soothing hot/cold sensation. Borneol is a natural compound derived from the camphor tree that encourages blood circulation and is anti-inflammatory.

How long does it stay in place?
Mobilitytape’s unique hypoallergenic adhesive is gentle but strong. Applied to clean and dry skin, your tape will provide long lasting pain relief for up to 3 days. It's waterproof so you can exercise, shower and swim freely with it, and it will continue to provide relief.

How long does a roll last?
Stored properly, the tape has a shelf life of around 3 months. Usage depends on how much you apply, for how many days each month.

Can my teen use it?
Yes! It’s easy to use, all natural and discreet helping your teen deal with period pain without medication, from their very first period.  Best of all, it's discrete!

Can I use it during pregnancy?
Always follow the instructions of your healthcare professional, however, we have had no adverse side effects from pregnant women using our products.  We have a Health Canada license as an approved natural health product.  We have had many women use tape on their back and abdomen to help with the common postural aches and pains that are associated with a growing baby bump. It can help distribute the weight of the extra pounds evenly helping you reduce fatigue and pain. 

How should I store it?
Always store your tape in an air tight container or zip lock bag with an elastic band around it to keep it from loosing its analgesic properties. 

What if it doesn’t work for me?
Not everyone's body is going to pick up the temperate sensations the analgesics induce, however, if you can smell the menthol in the tape, then rest assured it IS working on your skin.  If you cannot, then discard the roll and start a new one.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Canada and the United States will take 3-7 business days.
